Every tool Side Kick pays for — by date, client, campaign, tool and team member, plus Make operations per campaign. Read straight from the tools, never from a Make scenario.
Split by tool, biggest at the bottom. Hover any segment for that tool, or the top of a bar for the period total.
Out-of-pocket spend in the selected range.
Top 12 tools by spend.
Only rows that carry a campaign can be split this way.
Hours from each client's roadmap sheet. Hours carry no dollar value here — no hourly rate is recorded for any client yet, and a guessed rate is worse than a blank one.
Every scenario run, from the Make Operations - Tracker base — which client it belongs to and which campaign, taken from the Make Folder record. Kept separate from out-of-pocket spend, because the invoicing base already carries a monthly Make figure per client; comparing the two is how you find out which one is right.
Found is counted from each campaign's Leads table — one per email that actually arrived, credited to the tool that produced it. Campaigns not switched over yet still count finder calls, which overstates when a call comes back empty. Sent comes from Smartlead, per client and per campaign. Sent counts emails, not people — a follow-up sequence mails the same person several times, so sent is normally larger than found. Recent days are exact per day; older activity is exact per campaign. These are counts — sending is paid for through the subscription and the inbox lines, so nothing here is ever charged.
Sending inboxes billed monthly per client. A standing charge, so it sits outside the usage tables — the invoice adds it only when that period has no Gmail/Outlook charge of its own.

Plan usage read from each vendor's own API — no Make, no scenario, no Airtable in between. Account-level: a vendor knows how many credits went, not which client they went to.
What this build knows, and what it does not. An unknown number is left blank on purpose — never zero.
Viewing, filtering and exporting stay open to everyone. Changing rates and generating invoices need the password.

What each active client is due to be invoiced — the agreed fee as well as the tooling. Fees are shown in the currency they were agreed in and never converted. This is the invoice side; it is deliberately kept out of every cost total on the rest of the page.
For one tool: what Side Kick pays the vendor (per-unit cost, the vendor's own usage figure, the plan fee) beside what clients are billed for it, period by period. A red row is a loss. The date range is the one on the dashboard.
Every client's rate is different, so it is typed here — nothing is guessed. Blank means their hours stay as hours with no dollar value. Changes apply instantly.
Built from the same ledger the dashboard shows. The invoice itself stays short — team time, tooling, amount due. The dated line-by-line breakdown comes as a CSV from the same window.
